The latest in scientific studies on Dynamic Neurocognitive Imagery (DNI)™ aka Franklin Method
Dynamic Neuro-Cognitive Imagery (DNI)™ is an evidence-based, approach to the use of imagery. DNI is used to optimize movement in dance, sports, fitness and daily life. The focus is on the embodiment of human anatomy, correct biomechanics through the use of mental imagery or visualization and the improvement of the body structure. It is also focused on the improved performance of motor and non-motor movement to build self-confidence. The DNI™ practice integrates movement experience, anatomical and bio-mechanical knowledge, movement-related imagery inputs and sensory cues, proprioception, self-talk, and self-touch.
