In this course, you will learn about the design masterpiece that is the human hand and wrist – in a clear and practice-driven way. We will explore and experience the many joints, muscles and fascia of the lower arm, understand their structure, and learn to train them effectively using innovative, evidence-based and game-changing exercises and imagery.
