Working successfully with horses is like a 3D puzzle where many types of information and a wide range of skills need to be drawn together, its Amanda’s goal to help you with these skills. Most people want a horse to work with them willingly and for mutual trust to exist in the partnership. In order to achieve these results riders need to start by working on themselves. This means improving riding skills, balance, coordination, understanding our anatomy and how we need move with the horse.
Amanda’s facility in the New Forest (UK), Tilefield Equestrian, offers groundwork, ridden clinics and lessons on a Racewood dressage simulator, as well as dismounted education covering subjects such as bodywork, rehabilitation, biomechanics, saddle fit and nutrition, all aimed to promote the welfare of the horse. The ultimate goal of Amanda’s teaching is to bring this knowledge together to help riders establish a deep, calm connection with their horses and to learn to communicate effectively with them.
Amanda has diverse experience as a qualified British Horse Society Coach, Endurance GB and Pony Club Coach. Both her coaching and her facility have been recognised with awards. She has experience with most equine competitive disciplines as well as western riding, gaited horses and natural horsemanship. As well as Franklin Method Equestrian certifications; Pelvic Trainer and Franklin Balls, she has been an instructor recommended by Mark Rashid for the last 14 years and is his only recommended instructor in Europe. She has a PhD and Postgraduate qualification in Animal Behaviour. She is a qualified human coach (NLP master practitioner) and qualified Equine Sports Massage Therapist.

Yoga and Franklin Method educator Monique Beaumont has been involved in various movement disciplines since the age of four. In her early years she trained in Ballet, Tap and Jazz dance. She went on to complete a diploma in performing arts, during which she studied contemporary and cultural dance with Whitireia performing arts in New Zealand. She went on to explore Argentine Tango and after succumbing to the addiction of social Tango she began teaching. She has trained as a yoga teacher and a Franklin Method educator.
As she continues to explore her own movement practice in yoga and dance, she is becoming more and more influenced by Scaravelli-inspired yoga and the Franklin method.
Monique is a keen researcher of ‘bodymind’ and she believes that a deeper functional and anatomical understanding of the body enables us to work intelligently and safely.
As a teacher, her aim is to provide a safe environment, within a group setting or in private sessions, where you are able to benefit from guided self-exploration and discovery. Her hope is that the sessions will deepen your awareness of your body and your understanding of its function. This awareness can be applied to everyday movement and can be explored within other movement disciplines.

Tracy Belcher is the founder and owner of Pilatay, a Pilates lifestyle blog, brand, and studio that celebrates the magic of the traditional Pilates system. She teaches both in-studio and virtual classical Pilates as well as Franklin Method workshops out of Pilatay’s Miami, FL-based studio, Pilatay – The Studio (pilatay.com). She is certified by Real Pilates (by Alycea Ungaro), Polestar Pilates, and Franklin Method®.
Tracy first found Pilates while working as a busy marketing and communications professional. She held corporate positions for more than 12 years, first designing and implementing strategic communications plans for business to business, consumer and nonprofit clients at a leading PR agency, and then leading all marketing and communications activities for the expansion and relocation of Miami’s flagship art museum to a new world-class facility on Biscayne Bay. During this time, she maintained a healthy body and sound mind through her dedicated Pilates practice, and began training to become a Pilates teacher in 2012. She fell in love with teaching and sharing the benefits of the practice, and began working part-time as a teacher. One certification led to another, one workshop to another, and it wasn’t long before her passion for Pilates became her primary focus and commitment. She now works full-time as a Pilates professional, but utilizes her communications experience as a consultant to studios and clients in the moment field, assisting with branding, writing, and strategic communications plans and activities.
Tracy’s teaching style is based on Joseph Pilates’ original principles and “Whole Body Health” philosophy, but combined with today’s scientific understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and motor control, and scientific research findings in the areas of orthopedics, sports medicine and movement science. She uses a thoughtful and individualized approach to harness the power of Pilates and Franklin Method to facilitate long-term goal achievement including integration of the mind, body and spirit, and an overall enhanced quality of life.
