This Franklin Method® workshop includes:
– Functional anatomy of the shoulder area
– Understanding why the shoulder area gets tense
– Finding your own destructive habits and changing them
– Exercises to release the tension in the neck and shoulders
– Tips about avoiding neck and shoulder tension in the future
– Exercises to build muscle strength and improve the posture
– How to fix forward shoulders and head
– The workshop will include a theoretical and practical part, learning different embodying techniques but also experiencing change in your own body through exercises, movements and improved awareness.
By the end of the workshop you will:
– Release your neck and shoulder tension
– Improve your muscle strength in the upper back
– Increased your body awareness in the area
– Learned the anatomy of the shoulder girdle
– Improved your posture
– Enjoyed a cosy positive atmosphere with lovely people
– Workshop takes place in English (partial German translation if needed).
