This workshop focuses the design and function of the shoulder girdle. Through Franklin Method ® techniques of imagery, touch and movement exercises we will learn how to lengthen and balance shoulder and neck musculature and melt away tension and associated mental anxiety. The shoulder girdle is designed for freedom of movement and self- expression. Be prepared to learn how the neck can be free and how to have suspended, free and easy shoulders.
