Many people complain of stiff necks, tight, sore shoulder muscles and pain in the upper back. In this workshop we will explore how we can leave the tension behind by finding out how our neck and shoulders work in a functional and free flowing way. We will use use different tools to rediscover balance and wholeness in our shoulders and necks.
