Pilates for all with Pia Day

This class will work on strengthening and toning different areas of the body (neck, shoulders, spine, pelvis, legs and feet) each week, which over time proves beneficial to the whole body.
The aim of the Franklin-method based Pilates class is to improve your overall well-being as well as your core strength, stability and flexibility.
The class is low impact, comprehensive and includes working out with restistance bands and small orange FM balls.
