Have you ever wanted to know more about how the body is designed to move with ease and efficiency? Then this workshop is for you. The pelvis is a great place to start with as we discover the natural bone rhythms that facilitate ease of movement to create healthy function at a joint level that has a flow on effect on alignment of the whole body (including spine, knees and feet).
Come along and enjoy embodying movement in a whole new way with imagery cueing that supports functional movement.
