After all most complaints when people go to see a doc- tor is of a musculo-skeletal nature yet better movement is not part of the therapeutic intervention. You do the math.

The Franklin Method® teaches the practical fundamentals of body design and how to efficiently integrate imagery into movement. You learn how your body is designed to function based on the science of movement, bio-mechanical principles and evolutionary history. That gives you an insight into how you are currently using that design and from there you can choose your course of action, regimen of exercise, mental training, therapy etc from an informed perspective.
You learn how to use your mind effectively by the application of dynamic imagery. We use an integral palette of the different usages of imagery; the practical science of using your mind to achieve improvement in any area you may choose.
