What the course includes:
I’m guessing you’re familiar with fascia, and you might even know a lot about it, but you haven’t been able to feel it in your body. Right now it’s just an idea.
Quick reminder: Your fascia are the thin sheaths of fibrous tissue that encase your muscles and organs.
It’s important to work with the fascia in your lower back because we naturally hold so much tension in the spine, specifically the lower spine. It takes reprogramming to release the lumbar, and therefore release your whole system. By participating in the Advanced Fascia Workshop you’ll finally be unencumbered by lower back pressure and pain.
Through our daily movement (or lack of movement), your lower back fascia either contract or expand. For example, if you sit for 8+ hours a day and do an hour of traditional exercise – like the elliptical or treadmill – 3x a week, your lower back is probably tight and restricted.
