Calm your Mind – Franklin Method®
This is one of my favorite calm your mind-relax your body exercises. When you need to re-focus your thoughts and recenter your body this is the one.
Alternately lift and lower your shoulders and imagine them to be two big brushes that are polishing your spine from both sides. If you prefer you can imagine soapy sponges brushing your spine. Breathe slowly (preferably through your nose) keep your elbows stretched and fingers spread.
