This online training is held live on Zoom over a 3-day period (3 x 4.5 hours).
16-18 May 2025

Friday, Saturday, Sunday:

Live sessions consist of interactive teaching and peer learning breakout groups.

Following the live event, you will receive an additional 14-day replay period to review and cement the content.

To receive your certificate as a Franklin Method® Trainer, you have to pass two training quizzes to be taken before and after the training.

On graduation, you also receive your Franklin Method® License through until the end of 2026.

This training has also been awarded 11.00 CE points by the NPCP.

This course is geared towards both beginners and advanced learners and is intended for anyone who wants to cement and expand their knowledge of the fascia and muscles of the pelvis and pelvic floor.

Important prerequisites for participation:

Any Franklin Ball Set and 1 Franklin Band (not included in the price) are essential

A computer, stable internet access, a webcam and microphone
