Franklin Method™: Pelvic Power for Core Support
This workshop will provide a fresh understanding of correct anatomy and the biomechanics of the pelvis and the pelvic floor. We will experience how the pelvic joints and pelvic floor coordinate to create efficient and safe movement. Improved usage means better posture and relief for the lower back.

Embody the key relationship between the hip-joint, lower back and what it means for attaining better posture.

Finally we will practice how to integrate it into daily life; sitting, standing, walking and moving.

Learn how to embody the key relationships between hip-joint, pelvic floor and spine.

Learn exercises to create dynamic strength in the pelvic floor.

COST: £75.00 for single workshop or £130.00 for two or £250.00 for all four. Note: if you purchase a multiple workshop pass, don’t forget to book yourself into each workshop you want to attend – it won’t happen automatically (the system doesn’t know unless you tell it – maybe you want to save other passes for a later event). Moss Pilates Cancellation & Amendment Policy: More than 30 days prior to workshop start – full refund of all fees, less an administration charge of £15.00; Between 16 – 30 days prior to workshop start – 50% refund of fees; 15 days or less – no refund.
