Is Flexibility an Emotion?
If you feel inflexible you normally stretch out your muscle. However, there is also another way. Did you know that your brain influences your flexibility depending on your state of mind?
When you watch the video, join in on the exercise and see if you can tell a difference between each state of mind and the physical response in your body.
As you will notice, the fastest way to change your flexibility is to change your mind. This is because your exercise starts in your mind. This video shows one example of that. What are other examples that you have found where your positive emotions have affected your physical outcome or visa versa?
