Birthe BrosolatFranklin Method Educator Level 2, reg. 11/2018 Freelance Movement Educator & Facilitator – Pilates teacher – Pilates teacher trainer
I am passionate about movement and about teaching and have taught movement for more than 35 years – mainly moderne dance and ballet and since 2008 pilates.
Certified as Matwork and Studio Equipment Master Teacher from Body Control Pilates, I am currently teaching as a freelance pilates teacher in the Copenhagen area. Furthermore, I teach on Body Control Pilates’ teacher training programme in Scandinavia.
As a movement educator it is important to me to teach HOW an exercise is done and not to focus on the instruction of the exercise only. This means that I see myself more as a movement facilitator guiding an exercise in such a way that I teach about the design of our body at the same time.
In my classes, I try to focus on stimulating both the body and the mind which I believe is the main way to create sustainable change in how to move more functionally and efficiently.
As a person I am happy and positive. I believe in enjoying life and including movement in your life and have fun while moving.

Movement Educator Integration
Alternative/Holistic Physical Therapist
Debora began practicing the Franklin Method in 2013 when she saw how this could improve her own movement and well being as well as that of others. “I was astonished when I saw people balancing on the orange Franklin Balls at the American Physical Therapy Convention workshop. I wanted to improve in flexibility and coordinated so that I could paddle board with ease. I began embodying what I learned from the Franklin Method to prepare myself for paddle boarding.” Within a short period of time she too was balancing on the Franklin Balls. In 2015 Debora went paddle boarding in the open ocean in Costa Rica. She learned that you get good at what you practice most of the time. Debora enjoys seeing the look on others when they realize they too experience better movement.
Catherine ChevalierFranklin Method Educator Level 1 reg. 12/2010 Holistic Health Trainer
I have been a professional actor, singer and dancer. I am trained in the Franklin Method and in EFT.
My aim is to educate people in a clear, simple and informed way about how their bodies should work so that they can lead vital, energetic lives. We can all recognize the ease with which children move. Their bodies are unburdened by the stress caused by the physical or mental issues we acquire as we grow older. I address these issues by making extensive use of visualization techniques to promote correct, natural posture and movement, which enhances the flow of energy around the body. I also use techniques to address energy blockages that can also impair this flow. Together they are powerful tools that are easy to learn and to practice at home.
