Debora ChasseFranklin Method Educator Level 1, reg. 2014 Physical Therapy
Debora began practicing the Franklin Method in 2013 when she saw how this could improve her own movement and well being as well as that of others. “I was astonished when I saw people balancing on the orange Franklin Balls at the American Physical Therapy Convention workshop. I wanted to improve in flexibility and coordinated so that I could paddle board with ease. I began embodying what I learned from the Franklin Method to prepare myself for paddle boarding.” Within a short period of time she too was balancing on the Franklin Balls. In 2015 Debora went paddle boarding in the open ocean in Costa Rica. She learned that you get good at what you practice most of the time.
