|I discovered the brilliance of the Franklin Method and did my Level 1 training in Peewaukee, Wisconsin. Since then I have seen the most change in my clients and teacher trainers. I have the knowledge and personal embodiment experience to give them something more than an exercise, I can share with them how therir body functions and they can then improve their function and feel better. It has been awesome! It would be an honor to join the FM facility and have the opportunity to teach future FM teachers. I know I will take my understanding of the FM to the next level to truly be able to share the work at the level of faculty.
I teach FM daily to all my private clients. I also teach the FM in my Gyrokinesis classes which are biweekly. I will be starting a weekly FM class in July. My clients are so hungry for it that I will be shifting one of my Gyrokinesis classes to a weekly Franklin Method class. My clients are craving it!

Francesca PhilipFranklin Method Educator Level 2, reg. 2008
My life has always revolved around people. No matter what industry, it was not the product that inspired me but the people I came into contact with. Recently, I found myself in a unique situation where I could fill my days with whatever passion I chose and I gravitated toward health and fitness. It was a life changing and wondrous adventure. I hope to share this journey with those that I come into contact and aspire to make a difference to their present and future living.
I have been working in the health and fitness industry since 1997. Yet, I have been involved in sport and fitness since the age of 7. I have found my strengths lie in water and land group fitness teaching but could not ignore the calling to become a personal trainer. I strive to continue learning, developing and growing in all areas of mind, body and spirit. I began Pilates Mat seven years ago have loved what it has done for my health and wellbeing. Now I am teaching Pilates equipment and love to share the joy this work brings.
I find myself loving every type of group fitness class imaginable also swimming, boogie boarding, golf and tennis. I love anything Italian, travelling, folk art painting, cooking, family and friends. But, my true joy in life is to search out and find anyone willing to have a chat.
