Franklin Method Educators & Trainers

Georgia has been intrigued by and has enjoyed “movement” since the time she was little running around and playing sports with her brothers.  She has worked in the sports/fitness industry teaching aquatics, personal training, Pilates, Franklin Method,  in-line skating and alpine skiing.  She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the #1 University of Southern California in 1999, and has had the opportunity to work as a staff, contract and travel physical therapist in dozens of facilities across the western US.  This vast experience has afforded her insight into a holistic mind/body treatment approach where she combines research, movement science, imagery, awareness and humor to restore balance and function and optimize healing for the individual. She has a strong commitment to furthering her education with advanced continuing education and certifications including Polestar Pilates Rehabilitation, Franklin Method, Folsom Manual Therapy Program, Trigger Point Dry Needling, Functional Movement Screening (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), Osteoporosis Education and Treatment, Kinesiotaping and Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT).

In her free time, she enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, in-line skating, a good movie and just “being”.
