Debi Kennison, a 200+E-RYT, is a certified Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, Certified Wellness Coach, and Personal Trainer, as well as a Level 3 Franklin Method Instructor with a B.S. in Dietetic Nutrition. Debi is known for her authentic, compassionate teaching style. Debi is passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves, using a variety of methodologies. She is currently employed at Windsor Health Club in Windsor, CO, as well as Benchmark Medical Group in Windsor, CO., bringing 10 years of teaching experience with her. Pamela has over 50 years of movement experience. A native Texan, she started her movement education in dance at the age of five. In junior high, she added competitive swimming and diving while continuing her dance studies in ballet, jazz, and tap. At 15, she became an assistant dance instructor and soon after, taught her own classes and coached dancers for competitions and performances. In college, she studied the performing arts and movement education, earning a B.S. in Physical Education and a minor in Health Education at the University of Texas at Austin. She was recognized as a “triple threat”, performing as a dancer, singer, and actress in many school and local dance and theater productions. In addition, she continued private coaching and teaching dance at a professional school.
After graduation, Pamela moved to New York where her musical talents led her into a professional theater career spanning over 40 years and 25 countries. She has performed in dance companies, Broadway and Off-Broadway musicals, national and international tours, regional productions, television and film. While on tour, she met her husband and moved to the Bay Area to raise her daughter. During this time she taught swimming, water fitness, and dance classes and continued coaching performers. Having used Pilates as a mode of rehabilitation during her dance career in New York, she became interested in teaching Pilates. She received her original certification from Body Kinetics in San Francisco, taught by Master Teacher Carol Appel who was personally trained by Romana Kryzanowska, a protégé of Joseph Pilates. Upon certification, she began working for Carol at the newly opened Mill Valley Health Club & Spa, where she taught for 10 years. During her time there, she assisted Carol with her highly regarded teacher training program, teaching classes and workshops, and mentoring student teachers through apprenticeship. Since 2005, she has been teaching private lessons in her home studio and classes at Pilates of Marin.
Pamela holds two additional Pilates certifications from Power Pilates in New York and BASI Pilates in Southern California. She continues to study Pilates privately and at national conferences where she has had the privilege to learn from the Pilates “elders” and many senior teachers. She is a current member of the Pilates Method Alliance. Pamela is also a GYROTONIC® Level 1 and 2 teacher and a Franklin Method® Educator Level 1. She has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and continues to enjoy swimming, dancing and performing. Her extensive movement and teaching experience enables her to work with students of all ages, abilities, and special considerations such as spinal injuries, scoliosis, osteoporosis, hip replacements, shoulder and knee surgeries, and much more.
Pamela is an advocate of whole body health–the mind-body-spirit connection. She believes movement is a healing discipline and uses classic and adapted Pilates exercises as well as other techniques to bring a balance of strength, flexibility, and control. By teaching her clients to move with awareness of sound body mechanics, she helps them improve their circulation, breathing, joint mobility, muscle strength, and overall wellbeing. While teaching a high level of technique and discipline, her theatrical background creates a fun and inspirational workout which empowers her clients to achieve their goals.

She has always been interested in dance and movement, without movement life is still.
A long time she was alone in her spare time doing but always with the thought in her mind that it would be wonderful to make her job with it. When the opportunity arose to begin training as a Pilates teacher it opened the door to a new future.
In July 2011 She had her last exam for her full certification as a STOTT PILATES instructor. She is now empowered at all levels to give all the lessons, which include both mat classes and lessons on the equipment (reformer, cadillac, chair and barrels).
While She was busy with her training as a Pilates teacher she came into contact with the Franklin Method®, a completely new way to make her aware of her body, its functions and movements. Without much thinking, she started this course in Switzerland because her body was immediately obvious that this method would bring profound understanding and enjoyment in the body and her movements as well as in the mind. In november 2012 She completed the Franklin Method® training (all three levels) to become a Franklin Method® educator.
She is also manager and owner of Al Nour. A center for movement and inspiration, downtown in the city of Groningen .

Her interest in the individual as a psycho-physical whole draws her in various directions: towards observation and analysis on one hand and towards action and expression through movement on the other. In her school days, she was an active athlete, competing in sports dancing. She studied karate in high school, only to later return to dancing, this time to contemporary dance, and to theatre, which she is still doing today. As a dancer, she experienced the meaning of a healthy connection to one’s body and of its functionally healthy use.
She learned about anatomy and biomechanics at the Franklin Method Institute®, where she completed a 3-year course (2005–2008). In 2007, she became a Pilates Instructor (Stott Pilates). Her free time is spent actively as well: she is a skier, swimmer, ice skater, yoga practitioner, fire juggler, and also loves taiji.
She still studies regularly: at the Franklin Summit Berlin for instructors (2007), Hawkins&Franklin methods (Vienna, 2008), Taiji Shan (Ljubljana, 2009), Qigong workshop (Ljubljana, 2009), Franklin Refreshing for instructors (Dusseldorf, 2009), Body&Mind Convention (Zagreb, 2009), Taijiquan and Qigong workshop (Poreč, 2009).

Stanley Kuo has been teaching dance and yoga for 15 years. His specialty is in alignment, where he works on small muscle movements to look good or to have ease and grace in either in dance or yoga. He is currently on a temporary hiatus from teaching.
For competitive dancers, Stan specializes in fundamental movement. He gives preparatory exercises, mental visualizations, and an exact description of muscle movements to achieve a professional effortless relaxed look to steps. He will work with you until you get the exact feeling of a movement, using props such as sticks, blocks and straps, if necessary, until you can consistently do it on your own. He prioritizes what is important and what is personal choice within a dance. He can give the background and fundamental reasons for all corrections and visualizations. Stan also can usually disambiguate seemingly contradictory statements by high level coaches and judges, and can free up movement problems for the most difficult steps.
As a specialized yoga teacher, Stan has taught other yoga instructors alignment and posture techniques. He is trained in the styles of Iyengar, Anusara, and Dharma Mittra. His latest focus is on a program for improving balance and posture for senior citizens.
