Franklin Method Educators & Trainers

Emilie’s a movement facilitator with over 15 years experience. She’s a specialist in pregnancy, postnatal and all things pelvic – from birth and postpartum care to the joy of hula hooping. As well as being a 200 hour certified yoga teacher, Emilie’s trained with Katy Bowman and other biomechanics specilaists and is one of under 100 qualified Embodied Yoga Principles teachers. She’s super happy to add Franklin Method Pelvic Floor trainer to her offerings, having enjoyed the benefits of playing with some of these practices over the past few years. With a practical, down to earth attitude and a unique sense of play and curiousity to the embodied experience of moving, Emilie’s sessions are available in person in Somerset, UK and online – wherever you’re at.
