Fascia Imagery and Movement to Free & Lengthen your back

This week I have a free video lesson for you, which will teach you how to free and lengthen your back using fascia imagery and movement. Also included is a short summary of your deep fascia and how it effects your muscles.

We will be using fascia movement, imagery and the Franklin Method orange ball to lengthen and release tension in that area.

    In the above stretch exercise, what does the ball add to the stretching, more than just do it with the hands behind the neck?
