Franklin Method and Pain Science:

Combining Franklin Method with Physical Therapy

with Franklin Method Educator & Faculty Member Tom Waldron

We know we can strengthen muscles through mental imagery. There is a large body of research that supports the application of motor imagery during physical training sessions such as strength training in the gym or ballet in the dance studio. But what about applying mental imagery to exercise rehabilitation to help facilitate the tissue healing process and even prevent recurring injuries in the future?

Join Tom Waldron, a Franklin Method Educator and Exercise Rehab Coach as he shows how to apply Franklin Method Imagery and embodiments into an exercise rehab scenario to help clients and athletes get back to their sport quicker and better than before!

It teaches you how to harness the transforming power of the mind. It can be applied to improve all of your abilities. It all starts with the knowledge that we have the power to change.

The Franklin Method® teaches dynamic alignment and how to move your body with maximum efficiency to keep your body youthful and energized.
