Welcome to your training page! Below we have several training tools for you:
- Intro to Anatomy webinar (and related quiz)
- Pelvic Power online workshop part 1 & 2 (quiz will be added later)
- The Liberated Spine (quiz will be added later)
- You will receive other pdf’s and training tools, that will be added to this page during your training.
If you have only paid the deposit, you will not receive access to the online courses until the remainder is paid or a payment plan is initiated. Please email info@franklinmethod.com with any questions.
You will be receiving a training manual within 2 weeks before the training starts.
Equipment
For your training, you will need at least 1 Franklin Method Band (any color) and a pair of Franklin Balls. These could be the Smooth Franklin Balls (orange) or Textured Franklin Balls (green). Visit our equipment page to learn more and where to purchase your equipment from.
