Awaken Your Feet

Eric Franklin’s Story:

“I have rather broad feet, which has never bothered me, except for when it came to shoe sizes, the shoes were usually too long when I was wearing the right width. When I started dancing I learned that elegant, supple and moving feet are in demand, and my feet, which until now were a good platform for my previous position in life, I suddenly started to look at in another light.

I naturally tried to improve the mobility and elegance of my feet. This was by some of the most radical means in dance. With stretches that reminded me of medieval practices, like stretching in the bathtub with very hot water.

Unchanged by these techniques, I decided to understand the function of the feet better. Was there a way to improve the balance, the jump strength and mobility of which I understood felt, experienced my feet? So thus began my way to embodied feet.

In the beginning, this process was a combination of anatomical learning and exercises that fit these findings. But one day, I remember exactly, I was on the way to the grocery store. I went to the entrance, and suddenly I felt my feet in every detail, every joint, every movement. It was clear to me at once. I felt and saw it. I was surprised, but also knew that this can happen after a long time dealing with the construction of the body and the function. My brain had clearly said its enough study, here is the embodiment!

I was just going to the store, but the feeling of swinging, elastic feet was so wonderful that I simply went on, through the store, out to the back door and even further to enjoy this experience.

An embodied foot is a highlight, and this online course is designed to give you more well-being at every step through your life. You will have Happy Feet for life.”
